Edie and Louisa

I still haven't posted photos from our Chenzhou travel group reunion last May. Someday I will get to that! Meanwhile, we got together for dinner last night with one of the families we traveled with to China in 2004. Edie and Louisa had a lot of fun a year ago, and they did again last night. The bond they feel together is undeniable. Although they have seen each other only twice in 6 years, within minutes they are giggling at their own secrets, huddled together and stroking each other's hair. It is fascinating to watch, and of course extremely touching. I think this is an age when they start reflecting more on their life stories and how they came to be where they are. I am glad they had the chance to be together again.
